Explore our property learning about local plant allies of summer and various ways to prepare medicinal plants.  Dina Falconi's book Foraging and Feasting: A Basic Field Guide and Wild Food Cookbook is the culmination of the herbalist’s 20-year aim to empower people by fostering a sustainable, regenerative, and ecological way of eating. Her deep knowledge of wild and domesticated medicinal plants will make for a rich survey of the land. 

Be prepared to be outdoors the entire class, light rain or shine. The class will include a walk and stationary demonstrations.
