Using basic sensory skills, we will survey the plants in the surrounding landscape of the Bevier house. Join herbalist and author Dina Falconi in exploring the wild edibles of the Catskills by learning to identify, harvest, & prepare them. The harvest will be transformed into a
delectable feast in the gorgeous setting of Wild Roots Farm. The menu will
include herbal beverages, wild salad (purslane, lamb's quarter violet, dayflower, wood
sorrel, etc.), amaranth & mallow soup, wild green pesto, flower
butter, and delicious bread freshly baked in the wood-fired outdoor oven,
