Foraging & Feasting the Bounty of Early July in the Catskills

Join herbalist and author Dina Falconi in exploring the wild edibles of the Catskills by learning to identify, harvest, & prepare them. The harvest will be transformed into a
delectable feast in the gorgeous setting of Wild Roots Farm. The menu will
include herbal beverages, wild salad (purslane, lamb's quarter violet, dayflower, wood
sorrel, etc.), amaranth & dock soup, wild green pesto, flower
butter, and delicious bread freshly baked in the wood-fired outdoor oven,
